A class to inspire you
Lots of ideas and recipes to make delicious salads, using seasonal ingredients. We’ll also go up the garden for a demo to show how to grow your own salads and herbs so you can say goodbye to sad plastic wrapped leaves.
Each of the cooking classes cost €120 which includes all recipes and a large lunch.
Greek Cooking Holiday May 25 – June 1
In May 2023 we will be hosting a week long cooking holiday on the beautiful island of Syros in Greece. Our friends Alicia and Costas run a guesthouse and cooking school in wonderful neoclassical building in Hermopoli on Syros, the administrative capital of the Cyclades islands. Karen and Alicia will between them introduce everyone to the joys of Greek cooking. The holiday will take place from May 25th until June 1st. Contact us for further details.
