Saturday January 13th                                      THAI

Take a culinary sun snack with these fresh and zippy recipes for noodle and rice dishes, curry, stir-fried vegetables and fresh salads. This class includes seafood.

 

Saturday January 20th                                     CURRY

Learn to make curries from India, Thailand, Malaysia and Sri Lanka,, all accompanied with the various side-kicks. A little seafood in some recipes

 

Saturday January 27th                                         LEBANESE

Enjoy the wonderful fresh Mezze, Pilafs and Salads of this beautiful country and learn how simple they are to put together

 

Saturday March 23rd                           MEDITERRANEAN

This class will have lots of ‘live to be one hundred recipes’ from the south where a plant based diet is widely believed to be tone of the reasons that so many live to an old age. Lots of quick tasty recipes to add to your repertoire

 

Saturday April 6TH                              INDIAN VEGETARIAN

We are taking a wander around southern India this spring and I will be collecting up  lots of easy recipes for everyday dinners or to make a feast. One of my favorite vegetarian cuisines – so many possibilities!

 

Saturday April 13TH                                   GREEK

The food in Greece is simple and seasonal. This class will be about creative ways with aubergine, peppers and tomatoes, delicious vegetable mezze and the secret to making filo pie,

 

Saturday April 20TH                                MEXICAN

Plenty of fresh and vibrant recipes;  tacos, elotes, tostadas, re-fried beans, quesadillas, pico de gallo, guacamole……

 

Saturday April 27th                        NEW SEASON VEGETARIAN

Lots of fresh ideas and recipes, using seasonal ingredients to make delicious and nutritious salads, salad dressings and spring meals.

The classes are held at Lettercollum in Timoleague. They begin at 10.30am and finish around 3pm. The cost is €120 and includes all recipes, tastings and  lunch.
